YES, provided there is no dealer in your region. Dealers are the first point of contact for you as a customer. If you are referred to a dealer from sales, you will remain a customer of this dealer. 

For the steel structure construction it is a turnkey project including kitchen, bathroom and basic furnishings. Transport is via third parties. Price indication is given during the construction of your object. The GL24H series buildings are prepared on the basis of a shell including windows, roof, standard exterior door, and electricity. Anything more is optional. Transport is via third parties. Price indication is given during the construction of your object 

It takes us approximately 12 weeks at the factory to build your item. Installation of steel structure takes 1 day. Assembly of the GL24H series takes approximately 3 working days, depending on the object chosen.

All objects are built according to applicable EU residential standards. For North America, the standard is built according to the NBC 2020 (Canada)  

YES, all properties meet the standards for daily use throughout the year. All buildings are also resistant to heavy snow loads and heavy winds. 

We can provide a total package in a limited number of regions. Basically we only do construction in the factory and installation of the GL24 series. Ask for additional options during the sales traject.

YES, you must arrange this with your local supplier due to warranty and installation standards. 

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Contact us for more information on specific product warranties. The construction warranty is in most cases 20 years. 

YES. We also develop objects on request. Details will be discussed during a Zoom meeting (www.investmodular.com, Products)  

NO. Transport is a third party service. We can work with a number of partners, but the contract for transport is directly between you as a buyer and the carrier. 

Once you have found an item, please contact sales. A suitable offer will be made based on the details discussed. If approved, a purchase agreement is drawn up between you as a customer and the manufacturer. Payment terms depend on manufacturer and chosen method. Payments via notary, law firm, or directly to the factory are possible. This will be discussed before the quotation is issued. Payments are made in parts, with the last payment having to be made before the object is shipped. Services such as construction and further finishing are invoiced after delivery on location. Special conditions are possible for business customers.
